Saint-Gobain Weber - UKCW 2019 – weberwall brick Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions:

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the Saint-Gobain Weber - UKCW - weberwall brick promotion, on stand B292 (“Promotion”). By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out below (”Rules”).
  2. Promoter: Saint-Gobain Construction Products UK Limited trading as Saint-Gobain Weber (“Promoter”) (company number 00734396) with registered office at Saint-Gobain House Binley Business Park Coventry CV3 2TT. Competition contact address: Saint-Gobain Weber, Dickens House, Enterprise Way, Maulden Road, Flitwick, Bedford, MK45 5BY, UK. Any questions regarding the Promotion should be sent to mail@netweber.co.uk
  3. Promotion opens on 8th October 2019 at 10.00am and ends on 10th October 2019 at 5:00pm. Any submissions after the closing date and time are invalid.
  4. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of any company within the Saint-Gobain group, their agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion (”Entrant”). No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
  5. To enter the Promotion:
    1. Pick up the official entry form available on stand B292.
    2. Complete the entry form in full and answer to the Promotion question.
    3. Submit your entry form by handing it to a representative of the Promoter at stand B292. 
  6. All correct answers will be put in a prize draw and the Promoter shall pick one entry at random after the closing date.
  7. The prize will be either:
    1. An iPad Mini 64GB; or
    2. £500 Virgin Experience Day Voucher.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  9. Winners will be notified via phone or email.  The Prize will be despatched within 28 days of the competition closing date.
  10. Winners are responsible for providing valid contact details and delivery address within the UK, ROI, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Where a valid delivery address is not provided the Entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion.
  11. The winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity, with no further recompense.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude, take down and remove any entry to the Promotion where the Promoter considers the entry to be inappropriate in any way or considers that the photograph contains images of third parties where those third parties have not given consent to the use of their image. The Promoters decision is final.
  14. Offer is subject to availability.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative giveaways of equal or greater value.
  15. In the event of any dispute with regard to the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of the Rules.
  17. In the event that any Entrant is disqualified from the Promotion, the Promoter in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further Entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original Entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
  18. In consideration of the Promoter agreeing to consider Entrants for the Promotion, each Entrant hereby agrees that the Promoter (and third parties authorised by the Promoter) may make any and all entries available in their publications and on their websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future. You now grant the Promoter (and third parties authorised by the Promoter) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence (for the full period of any rights in the entry) to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, make derivative works from, edit, alter, store, re-format, sell and sub-licence the entry for such purposes.
  19. The entry and any information submitted by the Entrant must be personal to and relate specifically to the Entrant. The Entrant hereby warrants that its entry and all information which it submits and/or distributes will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, the Promoter reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by the Entrant and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
  20. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  21. Any personal data relating to Entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. Please see the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.uk.weber/privacy-statement for further details. Data relating to Entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the Promotion closes to assist the Promoter to operate Promotions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Promotion.
  22. By providing the Promoter with your personal data you consent to the Promoter transferring your personal data to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK.  If the Promoter does make such a transfer it will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure that your personal data is protected.
  23. By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to assign all rights in their photograph to the Promoter and the Promoter is free to use the photograph in any way it considers appropriate.
  24. The winners by receiving a gift may be subject to an additional tax liability for which the Promoter accepts no liability.
  25. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
