As part of our benefits package, you will be able to participate in Saint-Gobain Retirement Savings Plan, which is provided by Legal & General. Although you are not obliged to join the plan, there are a number of advantages to doing so. We encourage you to contribute 4% and Weber will match this. We also provide Life Assurance cover, at no cost to you. This can reflect up to 4x your salary should you wish.

Recognise & Reward

Since the launch of our Recognise & Reward Scheme in 2014, The Company has recognised over 1,300 colleagues! The aim of the Recognise & Reward Scheme is to increase engagement and to tangibly align colleagues with Weber’s goals and attitudes.
