"WIN”, which stands for WoMen's Network in the UK&I but also spans across many other countries within the group – WIN’s vision is to support our collective purpose of 'Making The World a Better Home' by ensuring we have the best possible professional home. WIN embraces a culture of trust, empowerment and collaboration on a wholly inclusive basis.

Live Proud Live Free

Live Proud Live Free – our first ever LGBTQ+ network exists to create a culture of inclusion for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to be their authentic selves and fulfil their true potential. LPLF aspires to be a supportive and welcoming community through three key pillars Education, Empathy and Encouragement.  

The DEIB

The DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) Group’s purpose is to champion & challenge Saint-Gobain UK&I to be a more equitable, diverse and inclusive place for all so that Saint-Gobain UK&I will be an organisation with a diverse workforce and a culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect, feel that they belong and are able to be their authentic selves at work.
