Introducing our new logistics partner
We are pleased to announce that as part of a competitive tender, we have selected Menzies Distribution (Menzies) to manage our UK domestic deliveries. Commencing January 2023, the long-term contract includes pallet and full-load deliveries from our manufacturing sites and onward delivery to domestic customers.
From the beginning of next year, Menzies will manage deliveries from our Flitwick and Telford manufacturing sites, to domestic customers. Collaboratively, we are working with Menzies to create a seamless transition from our current supplier.
Menzies will introduce new vehicles to support our operation, some of which will feature Saint-Gobain Weber livery. In addition, the vehicles will be fitted with the latest technology, which means we can introduce electronic PODs and have real-time order visibility to track your deliveries against planned delivery times, as well as offering you live delivery alerts.
Menzies is fully aligned with our Customer Charter and a lot of work is being carried out behind the scenes to ensure we jointly provide you with the best overall customer experience.
We are sure you’ll join us in welcoming our new partner as we start the New Year.
