Placing an order
Please be advised any orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next working day. Your scheduled delivery day will be confirmed on your order acknowledgement.
We require the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Delivery address with full postal code, contact name, contact number, any site restrictions and vehicle requirements
- Your preferred delivery date
- Product codes and descriptions
- Price (Project/Quote number)
- Incoterms if applicable

Queries & returns
Weber does not have a Sale or Return Policy. If you have ordered incorrectly, please notify us in writing via email within 3 working days of receiving your delivery. Approved products may be returned. However, they will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods returned plus the haulage cost. These products will only be refunded if they are of saleable quality on their return.
Returns are only permitted from branch stock orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept stock that has been on site. 'Made-to-order' products cannot be returned.
To help us support you, please provide us with as much information as possible such as: delivery note number; purchase order number; product description and quantity; invoice number; pictures; reason for the query; or batch numbers.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept order cancellations or amendments once the order has been picked.
