Formulated from special cements, aggregates and chemical admixtures, the weberfloor bag & bottle 4000 powder and liquid should be mixed using a slow speed electric mixer for two minutes.
It can be hand applied using a steel trowel, wide serrated spatula or stand-up application tool and finished with a spiked roller to release any entrained air.
The applied compound can receive foot traffic in two hours and can accept all common final floor coverings after eight hours. weberfloor bag & bottle 4000 can be applied to depths of 3-10mm to prepare or pre-smooth concrete substrates and sand / cement or anhydrite screeds, up to 98% relative humidity to provide a smooth, strong finish.
The weberfloor bag & bottle 4000 is a moisture tolerant, two-part smoothing and levelling compound comprising a bagged powder and pre-gauged, protein-free polymer liquid solution. When used together it ensures a consistent mix – at the correct ratios – every time. This helps overcome issues of water quality that can affect mortar preparation and the integrity of the finished floor.
It is compatible with all cementitious and anhydrite-based substrates and offers a casein-free formulation allowing for use in biologically sensitive areas.
