How to collect an order

Collection orders can be from our sites in Flitwick, Telford and Ballyclare, but the product being ordered will dictate which site you need to collect it from. When you place an order with us, we can advise where you will need to pick your order up from.

Please arrive on site within the booked time slot and have your collection reference ready – there may be up to 60 minutes to wait.

Due to restrictions near to site, please ensure to not approach within 1 mile of the premises before 8am.

How to collect your order

Flitwick

  1. Follow the Goods-In signs to the weighbridge gate (1). You will pass a no entry sign on your left, but this is only for the staff car park.
  2. Please park in the area (P), as indicated, before the weighbridge gate.
  3. Wearing PPE indicated above, report to the Gatehouse (building on the left before the weighbridge gate). If the Gatehouse is unattended, please notify us by using the telephone on the wall.
  4. Once you are signed in, you will be provided instructions on movement to the loading area.

Telford

  1. Enter the site at Telford and keep to the left (1).
  2. Please park at the sign as indicated before the barrier (P).
  3. Wearing PPE indicated above, report to site using the intercom and press option 1.
  4. Once you are signed in, you will be provided instructions on movement to the loading area.

Ballyclare

  1. Enter the site at Ballyclare via the entrance (1).
  2. Please park in P1 if available, if not use P2.
  3. Wearing PPE indicated above, report to reception.
  4. Once you are signed in, you will be provided instructions on movement to the loading area.
  5. Leave by using site exit (2).

Getting the goods onboard

We'll ask you to prepare your vehicle for loading once safely parked and the keys have been removed from the ignition.

Our Weber Warehouse forklift truck driver will load your goods, at which stage you can wait in your cab/vehicle or a safe location as advised by our team.

Once the goods have been loaded you can prepare your vehicle for departure.
