weber monocouche accelerator is a liquid setting accelerator solution for monocouche renders which speeds up the time to scrape in colder temperatures to achieve a same-day scrape.
Ideal for use when hand mixing or using a diesel driven render pump (i.e. with separate mixing and pumping chambers).
weber monocouche accelerator has a coverage of 11.75m² per litre of product and 85ml is required per 25kg bag of weberpral monocouche render.
Application:
- As a liquid component it can directly replace a proportion of the product gauging water
- Colourless liquid has no effect on the appearance of the finished product
Winter working:
- If added at the correct dose it will achieve 20°C scrape times when working at 5°C
Please note:
- weber monocouche accelerator is not an antifreeze
- weber monocouche accelerator is not suitable for warm weather work other than sample areas
Do not apply:
- If frost is forecast within 24 hours
- On thawing masonry
- In damp/wet conditions
- In temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C
- On elevations in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot
Storage and shelf life:
- When stored airtight in a dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, shelf life is 5 years from date of manufacture.
- Protect from frost and heat.
