weberfloor unbonded system is designed for unbonded application. Fibre reinforcement allows application at as little as 20mm thickness. This system can be walked on in as little as 2 hours and is capable of rapid overlay with tiles or a moisture sensitive flooring finish.

Screed
weberfloor fibre rapid 4320
A self-smoothing base and renovation screed which is fibre-modified for added durability:
- Choose weberfloor fibre rapid 4320 for final floor covering in as little as 16 hours
- Choose weberfloor fibre 4310 for final floor covering in as little as 3 days

Glass fibre mesh

Glass fibre reinforcement mesh for weberfloor products. The glass mat has an alkaline-resistant impregnation.

Concrete with plastic sheeting
Suitability
- Suitable for concrete, cementitious and anhydrite substrates
- System can be applied at as little as 20mm and up to 50mm
Application
- Floor screed (weberfloor fibre rapid 4320): Applied by machine or hand
- Glass fibre mesh (weberfloor 4945): Applied by hand
Curing times
- After 2 hours: Suitable for foot traffic
- After 16 hours: Suitable for final floor covering
Final finish
- Provides an ultra smooth surface, perfect for final floor finishes such as vinyl, laminate, carpet or tiles
- If substrate is in need of repair please see weberfloor substrate repair system
- Cannot be used on external projects
- Must be reinforced with weberfloor 4945 glass fibre mesh
