Use multiple finishes on the same project

This system can be used in conjunction with the webertherm XM silicone system (EPS) or webertherm XM acrylic system (EPS) for building designs which require a mix of brick and render finishes.

Suitability:

• Suitable only for buildings under 11 metres. For buildings above 11m, please see webertherm XM brick system (MFD).

Final façade finish:

• Finished with weberwall brick, an authentic brick-effect finish available in over 12 styles.

Reaction to fire:

• B-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification in accordance with BS EN 13501. Extended application report on request.

Certification & requirements:

• BBA approved, scroll down for certificates.
• Able to satisfy PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019 requirements.

Thermal performance for this system varies by substrate and insulation thickness, please refer to the table below or use our U-value Estimator tool for more insulation thickness options.

• For all substrates there may be a requirement to complete pull-out testing prior to any installation of external wall insulation systems.
• Prior to the installation of external wall insulation systems, please contact us.

Do not apply:

• If frost is forecast within 24 hours of use.
• In damp/wet conditions.
• In temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
• On elevations in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot.
• Within 300mm of an open flame or heat source.

Mixing batches on site:

• As with traditional brick, to avoid colour banding, it is recommended that different packs and batches of weberwall brick are mixed on site.
