webertherm XP scraped system (EPS)

Our webertherm XP systems are specially designed using a mineral one coat render (webertherm M1) which doesn't require a base coat render. This means faster and more economical application, reducing labour and scaffolding costs. The disruption to the homeowner is minimised considerably.

Suitable for application onto masonry substrates, this system uses cost effective expanded polystyrene insulation (webertherm EPS) and is finished with webertherm M1 with a modern scraped render finish available in 23 popular colours.

Use multiple finishes on the same project

This system can be used in conjunction with the webertherm XP dash system (EPS) for building designs which require a mix of dry dashed and render finishes.

Suitability:

• B-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification in accordance with BS EN 13501. Extended application report on request.

• Able to satisfy PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019 requirements.

Do not apply:

• If frost is forecast within 24 hours of use.
• In damp/wet conditions.
• In temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
• On elevations in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot.
