Low Dust Technology™ is an innovative formulation launched by Saint-Gobain Weber in 2009 that significantly reduces the amount of airborne dust created during the pouring and mixing of our construction mortar products.
Since its introduction, customers have benefited from Weber's easy to apply, labour-saving and technically-superior products whilst enjoying a cleaner and more comfortable working environment with less waste and cleaning up.

A self-smoothing floor levelling compound which is suitable for use on floor substrates subject to some movement, such as wood or underfloor heating.
A smooth floor levelling compound which is ideal for covering with carpeting, vinyl, linoleum or parquet flooring due to its ultra-smooth finish.
A rapid setting, extra flexible tile adhesive suitable in wet and dry areas. Can be used on heated and plywood floors, as well as most wall substrates.
An ultra-flexible floor tile adhesive for larger and heavier tiles, suitable for wet and dry areas. Can be used on heated, plywood and timber floors.

Weber products with Low Dust Technology™ are manufactured in the UK, at facilities in Flitwick, Telford;and Northern Ireland. This reduces CO₂ emissions associated with transportation and ensures product quality, uniformity and availability.
Our self-smoothing thin toppings screeds weberfloor smooth 4150 and weberfloor smooth rapid 4160 can be applied up to a depth of 2-30mm and suitable for use in residential and commercial areas. Light traffic is possible in as little as 1-3 hours with our rapid setting product.

Our base and renovation screeds weberfloor fibre 4310 and weberfloor fibre rapid 4320 can be applied to depths between 5-50mm and are suitable for use in residential and commercial areas. Tiling is possible after 12 hours and final floor coverings other than tiles are possible for installation in as little as 2-4 days with our rapid setting product.
Our rapid drying thick base screed weberfloor base rapid 4360 can be laid to depths from 20-80mm. Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial areas, this screed can withstand light foot traffic after 2-3 hours in normal conditions and its ready for tiling onto after 12 hours, and other floor coverings after 1-7 days.
