weberend MT

weberend MT is built up in several layers including: 

• Compatible render board
• A resin-rich adhesive coat (such as weberend LAC or weberend LAC rapid) 
• Meshcloth 
• Primer (if needed)
• Textured finish such as weberplast TF or webersil TF  

This Weber render system is designed for application on to an appropriately framed, calcium silicate panelled background, with a choice of textured finishes in a wide range of colours. It is suitable for use on sound masonry substrates where the background is uneven and where a high level of crack resistance is required.

• Large areas can be rendered on calcium silicate panels without the need for expressed joints
• Allows previously uneven masonry substrates to be rendered
• Suitable for a range of finishes in a wide selection of colours
• Factory batched materials for consistency
• Accepted by the NHBC in relation to NHBC standards

• Do not apply if frost is forecast within 24 hours of use
• Do not apply in damp or wet conditions
• Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C
• Not suitable for application in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot
• Prior to installation of our weberend MT system please ensure that you contact the manufacturer of the compatible substrate boards to obtain their fixing recommendations and ensure the boards suitability in withstanding the necessary wind load requirements for your specific project
• Glasroc X and Fermacell H20 can only be used below 7.2m.
• We do not recommend using Knauf Aquapanel boards above 7.2m in height. If used above 7.2m  the clients design team should contact Knauf to obtain guidance on installation and meeting the wind loading requirements. Weber are unable to accept any liability for the increased height as this falls outside our expertise and available test data.
