weberend MT panel brick system

weberend MT panel brick system is designed for application onto an appropriately-framed calcium silicate panelled background.

Applied with weberwall brick external adhesive resin-rich adhesive render coat and strengthened with glass-fibre weber standard meshcloth, this system doesn't require the use of primers, saving time lost waiting for primers to dry.

Water resistant weberwall brick is used as the final finish to provide an authentic brick-effect finish available in 12 styles.

Use multiple finishes on the same project

This system can be used in conjunction with the weberend MT panel silicone system for building designs which require a mix of brick and render finishes. An example of this can be seen on the innovative eHome2 project.

Certification & classification:

• A2-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification in accordance with BS EN 13501. Reaction to Fire Classification Report available here.

Suitability:

• Large areas can be rendered on calcium silicate panels without the need for expressed joints.
• Strengthened with glass-fibre weber standard meshcloth.
• Factory batched materials for consistency.

Fixing recommendations:

Prior to installation please contact compatible substrate board manufacturer to obtain fixing recommendations and ensure board suitability when withstanding necessary wind load requirements for your specific project.

Do not apply:

• If frost is forecast within 24 hours of use.
• In damp/wet conditions.
• In temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
• On elevations in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot.
• Within 300mm of an open flame or heat source.

Mixing batches on site:

• As with traditional brick, to avoid colour banding, it is recommended that different packs and batches of weberwall brick are mixed on site.
