weberfloor industrial system is a durable, high precision system ideal for use in industrial scenarios such as warehouses and factories. 

The high wear resistance of the surface and fast curing times allow for forklift traffic in as little 24 hours, and full industrial traffic after 1 week. 

This system can also be used in commercial and residential applications where an industrial aesthetic is required and can be sealed if desired. This system should be applied fully bonded, with the optional addition of a base coat where weak substrates first need to be made good.

Suitability

• Suitable for concrete, cementitious and anhydrite substrates
• Moisture control system weberfloor DPM is required for substrates with a moisture content of up to 98% RH (measured using a hygrometer)

Application

• Floor screeds (weberfloor base rapid 4360 and weberfloor industry top 4610): Applied by machine or hand
• Primer (weberfloor 4716): Applied by hand using a soft brush or spray
• Moisture control system (weberfloor DPM): Applied by hand using a medium pile roller

Curing times

• After 2 hours: Suitable for foot traffic
• After 24 hours: Suitable for light industrial traffic
• After 1 week: Suitable for full industrial traffic

Final finish

• Super flat and smooth finish minimises wear and enables high storing shelves
• Very high durability towards mechanical stress means long lifetime
