weberend brick system

weberend brick system is designed for application onto suitable masonry substrates, but a layer of weberend aid preparatory stipple render may be required (see system build-up below for more information).

Applied with weberend OCR (or weberend MPR in Ireland) base coat render and then weberwall brick external adhesive resin-rich adhesive render coat. Water resistant weberwall brick is used as the final finish to provide an authentic brick-effect finish available in 12 styles.

Use multiple finishes on the same project

This system can be used in conjunction with the weberend silicone system for building designs which require a mix of brick and render finishes.

• Fast fix – over 3x faster than traditional brick slips
• Reduces specialist labour required on site
• Lightweight – 1 sheet of 20 bricks equal to the weight of 1 house brick
• No lime or cement used in weberwall material – eliminates efflorescent lime bloom
• Breathable – allows the substrate to breathe

Suitability:

• Factory batched materials for consistency.

Do not apply:

• If frost is forecast within 24 hours of use.
• In damp/wet conditions.
• In temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
• On elevations in direct sunlight or where the substrate is hot.
• Within 300mm of an open flame or heat source.

Mixing batches on site:

• As with traditional brick, to avoid colour banding, it is recommended that different packs and batches of weberwall brick are mixed on site.
